Cwrt Hewan

We are proud to announce the commencement of our new residential development in Penmaenmawr, Conwy, North Wales. The development is being constructed on the location of the former Masonic Hall which stood on the site up until early 2018. 

The development consists of two blocks of three terraced town houses. All plots are to have magnificent views over the Menai Strait from Anglesey across Puffin Island and over to the Great Orme. These views are made possible due to the sloping nature of the site and that the houses to the rear being of a taller three-storey construction.

We envisage the development will be ready for occupation in late 2023.
