JLF Developments Limited has been successfully trading for more than 30 years under the careful management of John Ferguson the founder of the company, and his son and co-director Chris, who work as a hands-on management team.


John’s other son Sean has recently joined the business as a Chartered Structural Engineer, and is the director of JLF Consulting Engineers Limited which provides a design consultancy element to the business.

Our management team are accredited under the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and supervisors accredited under the CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). We also retain the services of HS Direct Ltd who offer expert advice, consultancy and training.
